I have been working in the field of marketing and design since 2008. I started out freelancing for local businesses, moved to a publishing company as an ad designer and then onto an in-house graphic designer role with a tax association. Starting in January of 2015 I have worked at a marketing agency in Palatine Il. I have been a part of the creative team at Pepper Group in a variety of roles, as a Graphic Designer, an Interactive Developer/Graphic Designer and most recently as a Senior Interaction Designer. Working for a marketing agency has allowed me to learn about many different industries and apply design solutions in creative ways to help those companies expand their reach. It has challenged me to think outside the box on a daily basis. With the knowledge and experience I have built, I have learned to expect the unexpected, and never assume I know what challenge is around the corner. I have also learned how to meet these design and marketing challenges and overcome them. I am always learning, always growing and always looking for that next challenge.
